Function assert

assert(condition: boolean, message?: string): asserts condition
Checks for a condition; if the condition is false, outputs messages and shows the call stack with fail function.
Parameters
- condition: boolean
  the condition to check.
- Optionalmessage: string
  the message to display when the condition is falsy.
